Ferro phosphorus is a symbiosis compounds with a phosphorus content range of 18-26% and silicon content range of 0.1-6%, it is obtained from electric furnace for phosphorus making,smelted in the blast furnace by phosphate ore and iron ore. As an alloy agent,it can also produce phosphate in steel making, it can improve the corrosion resistance and machinability.

Application
(1)Coating: As a partial substitute of zinc powder (35% calculated as weight).
(2)Weldable coating: It enables single layer or multi-layer coating with the weldablility, applicable to the painting of coating, adhesion, sealant etc.
(3)Conducting Coating: enable the coating with electric-conducting and thermal-conducting performances.
(4)Shielding layer: against electromagnetic interference as a partial replacement of nickel pigment or copper pigment shielding layer (25% calculated as weight).
(5)Additive in powder metallurgy: capable of lowering sintering temperature and promoting press-forming efficiency and increase the wet strength of non-sintering dust.
(6) Electric welding: applied in the manufacture of automotive and other machines.
