Potassium Aluminium Fluoride is a white or light gray powder, slight soluble in water. It can react with water to release hydrogen fluoride at high temperature, may be slowly dissolved in acid to release hydrogen fluoride. Its melting point is 560 degrees.
The size can be:1-3mm, 20, 40, 100, 200 and 325mesh. It is composed by KF-AlF3, Molecular rate near 1.2, melting point 557-580. Solubility in 1000g water: at 0: 0.8g; at 25: 1.42g, at 100: 4.58g.
