Sodium cryolite (Na3AlF6) supplied by EVERSIM is a synthetic hexafluoroaluminate produced under strictly controlled reaction and drying conditions. This grade is engineered with a stable molecular ratio of 2.8, a minimum assay of 98%, and a 325 mesh fine powder particle distribution, which makes it suitable for primary aluminium smelters, secondary aluminium refiners, abrasive manufacturers and glass frit producers who need a predictable, low-impurity fluoride source rather than a generic filler.
For electrolysis customers the critical parameter is not only purity but the balance between sodium fluoride and aluminium fluoride in the bath. A molecular ratio of 2.8 keeps the electrolyte close to the acidic operating window most modern cells run at 940 to 960 degrees Celsius, which supports stable alumina dissolution, reduces fluoride volatilisation and limits sludge build-up on the cathode. Each batch is blended to hold that ratio within plus or minus 0.05, so purchasing teams do not have to re-trim the bath after every delivery.
Fineness is equally practical. The 325 mesh powder passes a 45 micron screen almost completely, dissolving quickly in the molten bath and staying suspended long enough to avoid the segregation that coarse granular material shows in pneumatic feeding lines. Plants running automated dosing see fewer bridging problems in hoppers and a more even crust on the anode cover material.

In primary aluminium smelting the product is added to the electrolyte bath to adjust the molecular ratio and to compensate for fluoride loss through volatilisation and bath tapping. Secondary refiners and foundries use it as a flux component to lower melting temperature, improve slag separation and reduce gas porosity in remelted ingots. Because the impurity profile is tightly held, it also suits aluminium alloy plants that cannot tolerate iron or silicon pick-up from auxiliary materials.
Outside metallurgy, the 325 mesh powder is used as a filler and active component in bonded abrasives and coated abrasives, where its hardness and angular particle shape improve cutting performance. Glass and enamel manufacturers add it as an opacifier and flux to obtain a milky, uniform finish at lower firing temperatures. Welding consumable producers incorporate it in electrode coating formulations to stabilise the arc, and formulators in the pesticide sector use it as an inert carrier with good flow behaviour.
Typical buyers include smelter procurement departments, flux blenders, abrasive plants, frit and glaze producers, welding electrode factories, and trading houses supplying these industries. Trial quantities from one 25 kg bag up to full container loads are both supported, which lets a new customer validate the molecular ratio and dissolution behaviour in a real bath before committing to volume.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceStandard packing is 25 kg net in laminated woven bags with an inner polyethylene liner, 40 bags per pallet and 20 pallets per 20 foot container, giving 20 tonnes of net weight per container. For bulk users we offer 1000 kg jumbo bags with discharge spouts, and neutral or buyer-branded bags on request. Every shipment is palletised, stretch wrapped and fitted with desiccant where the destination port has high humidity.
Quality control follows a three-stage routine: incoming fluoride feedstock is assayed for F, Al and Na, the reactor slurry is sampled for molecular ratio before drying, and the finished powder is screened for residue on 325 mesh as well as SiO2, Fe2O3, SO4, CaO, P2O5, moisture and loss on ignition. Retained samples are kept for twelve months so any claim can be traced back to its production batch. A certificate of analysis travels with each lot, and independent inspection by SGS, Intertek or BV can be arranged at the buyer's request. The plant operates under ISO 9001 and ships from Jiaozuo, Henan, with typical lead times of three to fifteen days depending on specification and quantity.
